Refund Policy for Tresiore At Tresiore we are proud of
the quality of our beauty products and the satisfaction of our customers. We understand that
a product sometimes does not meet your expectations. In such cases, we offer a hassle-free refund policy
to ensure that your shopping experience with us is always enjoyable.
Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand our refund policy
: 1. Return and refund period
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or refund.
Requests made after this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
2. Eligibility for a refund
To be eligible for a return or refund, the product(s) must:
• Unused and in the same condition as when you received it
• In the original packaging with all labels, tags, and seals intact
• Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Please note that opened or used products, as well as items purchased during a sale or with
discounts are purchased, are not eligible for a refund. For hygienic reasons, certain products (such as skincare items) cannot be returned once opened or used.   
3. How to request a refund
To initiate a return or refund, contact our customer service team via

• Your full name
• Order number
• Purchase date
• Reason for the return
• Photos of the product(s) (if damaged or defective)
Our team will review your request and respond within 48 hours with further information.
