1. Thoroughly cleanse your skin
Remove makeup, dirt, and oil with a mild cleanser. The skin must be completely clean and dry for an effective treatment.
2. Apply a conductive gel
Apply a thin layer of HIFU gel or ultrasound gel to the area to be treated (e.g., jawline, cheeks, forehead, or eye contour). This gel ensures optimal conduction of the ultrasound waves and prevents skin irritation.
3. Turn on the device
Press the on/off button and select the desired intensity. Always start with a low setting if you are treating for the first time.
4. Move the device slowly over the skin
Place the device on the skin and move it slowly in straight lines or upward movements. Continue working per zone for several minutes (e.g., 3–5 min per facial area).
5. Treat per zone
Work in sections: start at the jawline, then cheeks, forehead, and finally around the eyes (use a gentler intensity there). Avoid bony structures such as the brow bone or direct contact with the eyelid.
6. Remove the gel after finishing
Use a soft cloth or lukewarm water to remove the excess gel.
7. Apply a hydrating serum or cream
Preferably choose a soothing product with hyaluronic acid, collagen, or aloe vera to care for the skin after the treatment.
8. Use the device 1–2 times per week
For visible results, it is recommended to repeat the treatment consistently. After 4–6 weeks, you often see a clear improvement in skin firmness and contours.
